Introducing the Eco Valve
The Eco line of Series Progressive Valves was developed with two things in mind, reliability and ease of installation. Manufactured to the same exacting standards as our 40 Series, the Eco is a non-crossporting divider valve that eliminates the need for outlet adapters by providing 1/8 NPTF(F) outlets. The Eco Valve is available with or without a cycle indicator pin for visual confirmation that the valve has completed a cycle.
Why use an Eco Valve?
Do you have an application where all of the grease points require the same amount of lubricant? Do you have a multi valve system where one or two of the valves are not being crossported? These, among others, are ideal applications for the Eco. Having been manufactured to the same tolerances as the 40 Series, the Eco Valve is designed for use in the same circuit. Use it as a primary valve; use it as a secondary valve; the Eco can handle it.
Summary
The Eco line of Series Progressive Valves is a non-crossporting option for those applications that do not require this feature. The Eco Valves have the same output per cycle as the 40 Series, the same corrosion resistant coating, offer the same cycle indicator and have the exact same mounting. All of this, without the added expense of outlet adapters.
Figure 1 illustrates that each outlet on an Eco Valve receives the same output per cycle. There are no crossport passages in this valve so at no time should any of the lubricant outlets be plugged. Plugging any of the lubricant outlets on an Eco Valve will cause the valve to stop working.
41 Series Eco Valves are available with or without a cycle indicator pin, which provides visual indication of proper sys-tem function. Our water-based, zinc and aluminum-rich coating gives the 41 Series Eco Valves a corrosion resistance of 720 hours per ASTM B117. CHROMIUM FREE – RoHS & ELV Compliant
